Is PASV mode still secure? Forgive me for asking what might be an obvious question, but I am still fairly new to FTPS.

FTPS and 500 Server Not Authorized Error
We are using this for FTPS (port 990). Some users from outside the network can connect with no issues. From my home (outside the network) some of my computers work and others don't. I have turned off the firewall on the computers that don't work. Usually the symptom is that the computers can connect...
