Core FTP

Well, I tried the different remedies but none of them worked. I must have done something wrong with the set up with the folders. This is not my expertise so I am not sure what to do next.

Hi-I just downloaded the lite version of FTP. Our ISP had us change servers and suggested this FTP. I filled in everything as the tutorial showed and don't know what to do next.
