Core FTP

Hi,
I would like to add directories that are on my Synology NAS and are mounted as drives.
Should I add them as UNC (\\Server\Vol1\Dir1) or as their mounted letter (L:\Dir1) ?

I would like to be sure it will work before buying a licence.
